The Faculty is one of the leading scientific and educational center where the training of specialists with higher education in the field of applied mathematics and computer science is carried out. A twolevel system of training (undergraduate and postgraduate) is fulfilled at the Faculty. Upon completion a 5year (undergraduate) program of the Faculty, the graduate students may work towards Master’s degree. The postgraduate and doctoral courses train scientific – pedagogical specialists of the highest qualification.
In addition there is inservice training of specialists and Refreshment courses as well as preuniversity training.
The First Level of Higher Education
The students can specialize in the following areas and get the qualifications:
The graduates of the Faculty receive a qualification according to the profile of the speciality, enabling them to be engaged in research, problematicanalytical and administrativeorganizational activity.
The first and second year students of all specialities take general mathematics and programming courses (Mathematical Analysis, Geometry and Algebra, Differential Equations, Programming, Discrete Mathematics, Operation Systems, etc.). Specialization starts during the third year of study.
Form of Study – FullTime.
Terms of Study 4 years.
Master’s Degree Course
Master’s Degree is the second degree of a higher education. It presupposes carrying out a lot of research work, acquiring knowledge of new methodologies and new trends. Upon completion of this course Master’s Degree is awarded. This provides the right to take postgraduate course or to be employed in response to previous awarded qualification of a specialist with a higher education.
At the Faculty Master’s Degree training is carried out according to the following specialities:

PostGraduate Course
