Training room of information-methodological support in the process of education, established in 2002, is a structural subdivision of FAMCS. It functions as a specialized library of the Faculty. The library stock comprises modern literature on computer science and economics, mathematics, computers, programming, AI, and other latest issues. The hours of service: 9. 00-19.00 (on Saturdays- 9.00-14.00).

The main objectives and functions of the training room of information-methodological support in the process of education

• Support of the study process with books, scientific and technical literature, periodic publications, multimedia devices, used in the process of education.
• Acquisition and stock management of periodic publications, scientific and technical literature, reference documentation, as well as methodological department developments and lecture courses.
• Copying (scanning, photocopying) information material necessary for the process of education.
• Computer make-up of tutorials.
• Support of manuscript and other materials publication.
• Arrangement of permanent exhibition of published academic books.
• Faculty site and its page maintenance.
• Information gathering and its processing for the Faculty site.
• Arrangement of training courses for the students’ automated testing.
