The date of foundation is April 1, 1970.

The Faculty of Applied Mathematics and Computer Science includes 12 departments and 15 research laboratories. The Faculty staff consists of more than 22 Professors and 90 Associate Professors. There are about 1200 students and each year more than 200 students are accepted.
